[Support] KK zu HS von .com-Domain

Hallo,
ich habe am 9.02. einen KK zu HS veranlasst. In rascher Folge kamen die üblichen Benachrichtigungen bis zum Status KK-req. Seitdem ist Funkstille.
Ist das normal, dass bei einer .com-Domain da über eine Woche garnichts passiert?
