[Support] Plone Zope auf speziellem http Port nicht zu erreichen

Hallo, wie es scheint, ist Plone/Zope unter der xxxx.hostsharing.net:<special 
port> derzeit nicht zu erreichen, obwohl die website unter ihrem Document 
root einwandfrei läuft. Wie kann das sein?
