[Support] keine Erlaubnis für das PEAR-Paket

weder in der httpd.conf noch in der php.ini steht sowas.

Und wenn das so wäre, könnte PEAR bei niemandem funktionieren. 

Gibt es noch eine andere Möglichkeit, wie die Fehlermeldung entstehen
kann?
