IMPACT OF WORK: We will make no system configuration changes during this up=
grade. This upgrade will address several Cisco bulletins that we recently r=
eceived. We expect this will enhance performance. The code update requires =
a reboot of the switch. We have allowed for a short test period to ensure t=
hat routing returns to normal. We expect minimal downtime as we reboot the =
switch and perform testing with the new IOS. Your site could be down for 10=
 minutes while we load new IOS code on one Cisco 6509 switch.=20
